Subscription Agreement

Effective date: February 24, 2026

This agreement supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If a provision conflicts, this membership agreement governs the auto-renewing service.

1. Service Description

When you start a monthly or annual auto-renewing Knoself membership, you authorize Apple to charge the payment method associated with your App Store account for the next billing period, subject to Apple’s billing rules and the offer shown before purchase.

You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method. If Apple cannot complete payment, membership access may pause or end.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends to avoid the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally refund the current billing period. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.

3. How to Cancel

On an Apple device, open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, choose the Knoself membership, and select Cancel Subscription. The exact system labels may vary by OS version or region.

4. Service Changes

Membership duration, pricing, and included features may change as the product develops. Any applicable price or renewal information will be shown through the App Store or in the app as required before it takes effect.
