Install Knoself

Knoself supports iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. There is currently no web app or released Android version.

iPhone and iPad

1. Open the Knoself App Store page.
2. Tap Get and complete Face ID, Touch ID, or password verification.
3. Open the app after installation; no account is required.

Mac

1. Open the Knoself Mac App Store page.
2. Click Get and finish installation.
3. Start locally, then enable iCloud only if you want cross-device sync.

Continue with Mac Quick Start after installation.

Apple Watch

The Watch app is included with the iPhone app. In the Watch app on iPhone, confirm that Knoself is installed on your watch; there is no separate product to buy.

Before Installing

• System requirements: use the current App Store listing as the source of truth.
• No account required: start recording after download.
• Local-first: records stay on the current device by default.
• Optional iCloud: enable it when you want to use iPhone, iPad, and Mac together.
• Purchases: some advanced capabilities may require membership; the app shows benefits and price before purchase.
